Summary
In Another Day by David Leviathan, (the 3rd book in the Every Day series) it mirrors the first book's plot but tells the story through Rhiannon's eyes. Rhiannon is a high school girl who befriends A, a genderless and bodyless soul, and who is in a new body every day. Rhannion starts out dating Justin, which A inhabits for a day and meets Rhiannon. They go to the beach and have a memorable and romantic time, until it was time to head home. But the following day, Justin has no reccolection of being on the beach or the details of that day.
A few days after this, Justin and Rhiannon go to a party and she meets Nathan Daldry. Nathan who claims he is a cousin to the host of the party, spends most of the night with Rhannion. Before the party gets busted by the cops, Nathan gives her his email so that they can talk. Eventually, after a few days of talking, Rhannion finds out that he is not the cousin of the party host like she thought. Nathan says he wants to meet in person to tell her the truth. When they go to the place they intend to meet, she finds a girl named Megan Powell who says she was sent from Nathan. Eventually, Megan tells her that she is A, and how they have always been in a new body every single day. Rhannion is hesitant to believe A, but eventually A proves that they aren't lying.
Rhiannon also navigates her complicated and toxic relationship with Justin. She is too scared to leave him because she as if they need each other, they have been together too long, and have gotten too close to give up. Despite Justin's actions. Rhiannon tries to be with Justin and A at the same time, causing even more complications with both relationships. Eventually, Justin finds Rhannion and A together and fights with the person who A had inhabited that day. Justin broke up with her, leaving her heart broken. But she had fallen in love with A, but A had decided to try and find others like themself. Leaving Rhannion behind.

Themes
- Self-Worth:
Rhannion continues to let Justin degrade her, while finding excuses as to why they should be together when everyone around her knows she deserves to be treated much better. When her and Justin break up, she finds that she really was worth more than what Justin gave her, and that A was showing her the love she really deserved.
- Sexuality:
A does not have any gender but travels through male and female bodies every day. This makes A a gender nuetral character which is often not seen in most novels, and breaks social stereotypes.
- Toxic Relationships:
Rhannion and Justin's relationship was toxic from the beginning of the story and only became more toxic as the plot continued. She cared about him too much, and while he only cared when he felt like it. She eventually learned to let go of this relationship she had been holding on to for too long when Justin and her upbruptly broke up and A had tried to show her how much they loved and cared for her.

Quote
"Maybe this is what alone really is - finding out how tiny your world is, and not knowing how to get anywhere else" (62).
I chose this quote because it captures how Rhiannon feels throughout the book. She feels trapped in her relationship with Justin, but doesn't know how to move on or not feel alone. I think many people have had situations where they felt trapped or scared inside their own world or themselves.
